It’s not a complete menu without a cocktail, and the Amaretto-Cranberry Kiss fits right in with my cranberry theme. Amaretto has such a wonderful taste and scent, and I’m looking forward to trying the cocktail. It looks so festive, and the authors’ description made it sound absolutely yummy!

The tang of the cranberry juice is balanced by the smoothness of the amaretto and vodka.
The Ingredients
The majority of ingredients for this recipe were easy to find. Amaretto and vodka can be found at most any liquor store. And cranberry juice cocktail is something that every grocery store carries.
The one thing I had trouble with was the clementines for the garnish. However, I was able to find canned mandarin orange segments, so I went with those. They’re pretty much the same thing—clementines are a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a sweet orange. Plus no peeling was required with the canned segments, so I was sold! All I had to do was open the can and drain the juice.
The Process
This is a quick and easy way to make a lot of cocktails. Just add all the ingredients to a pitcher, give them a quick stir, and use a shaker to make the cocktails two at a time. Love it!
I had a pitcher of 8 cocktails made in 3 minutes. It only took me a minute to shake and garnish 2 cocktails. At that rate, I could have had all 8 Amaretto-Cranberry Kiss cocktails made in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy, and so perfect for holiday get-togethers.
